Each tumbler is made to order and comes in a white box perfect for gifting, a vacuum seal clear lid with slide opening, and straw.
There are no refunds on this product as it is made to order, but we do do a quality control before shipping.
To help care for your tumbler, remember:
1. DO NOT put in DISHWASHER
2. DO NOT put in MICROWAVE
3. Hand wash only with warm soapy water
Note these are handmade tumblers which could have minor imperfections
