Momma Bears Boutique Return(s) and exchange(s) policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

 

  • Discounted items, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For defective/damaged items email us with in 3 days of delivery date.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging (if any)
  • Returned items must be in new condition. This means items must be unworn, unwashed not damaged in any way. Must not have makeup, deodorant, perfume or any other stains.
  • Due to limited inventory, if you are requesting an exchange and we no longer have the item you requested, you may choose a different item, a store credit or a refund. If the item you requested is available as soon as we receive your returned item we will process your exchange immediately.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

 

  • Please email us at mommabearsmt@gmail.com with “return or exchange” in the subject line
  • Include:
  1. Your name
  2. Order number (found at the top right side of your packing slip).
  3. What item(s) you want to exchange or return.
  4. And the reason you want to exchange or return the item(s).

 

Additional Information:

 

  • We typically ship items out within 1-3 days if the item is a made to order it will be shipped within 1-5 days
  • We do offer local pickup for around the Great Falls area. Items are usually ready within 1 day for pickup.
  • For local pickup when your item(s) are ready we will email you and let you know where you can pick your item(s) up at.
  • Please allow 3 business days for us to process your exchange, return or store credit.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and lost or damaged items before reaching Momma Bears Boutique.
  • If you are in the Great Falls area and you need to return or exchange an item, we can arrange for you to drop the item(s) off to us. It must be a scheduled time via email.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged packages: Once a package is shipped from Momma Bears Boutique, it is out of our control if it is lost and we will not be held responsible for it. Please contact USPS to submit a claim.

We do not accept any refunds or exchanges on our faux leather earrings, however if you have any problems within the first 5 days please contact us at mommabearsmt@gmail.com
